How to Make a Coconut Dandy Blend Smoothie

This coconut smoothie recipe couldn’t be easier to enjoy. There are two main coconut components—coconut milk and shredded coconut. If you want to go the extra mile, you can sub out some of the bananas in the recipe for coconut meat. To flavor the smoothie, we’re adding Dandy Blend, cocoa powder, almond butter, honey, and a pinch of sea salt. If you want to make this a protein shake, we recommend adding vanilla protein powder.

Starting with the liquid, add all of the ingredients to a blender on medium-low speed, using a tamper to encourage a smooth blend. Once well combined, pour into your favorite cup and sprinkle some more coconut flakes on top. Sip back, relax, and enjoy.


Coconut Dandy Blend Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon Dandy Blend
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ½ to 1 cup of ice
  • Optional—vanilla protein powder


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender on medium speed until well incorporated.
  2. Pour into a cup and sprinkle with more coconut flakes if desired.
