How to Make the Most of the Full Moon Energy

So, who cares about the 2023 full moons? If you’re anything like us, you love everything mother nature has to offer – including outer space. Whether you love to give off witchy vibes or you’re brand new to all things astrological, here are three simple ways to appreciate the full moon energy.

  1. Meditate with Intention
Daily meditation is great for feeling grounded and clearing your mind for the day ahead. A full moon meditation can be even more powerful. Use this time to meditate on something important to you. Maybe you want to manifest a new job, find your dream home, or make deeper connections with the people in your life. Whatever your desires are at the time of the full moon, be sure to make them the focus of your meditation. It’s said that the full moon can heighten our ability to manifest during this time.
  2. Take a Moon Bath
If you’ve ever heard someone say that they’re recharging their crystals, it’s almost certain they were referring to a full moon. Moon baths are when you re-energize high-frequency items like crystals (or yourself) in the full moon’s light. You can leave belongings on windowsills where the moon will hit them, or you can lay outside while the full moon is in sight. It’s a powerful way to feel like you’re refilling your cup.
  3. Release What No Longer Serves You
Full moon’s are also a great time to give up things that you’ve been wanting to let go of, but aren’t sure how. This can be things like feelings of guilt or shame, or literally giving up bad habits. The same way that a full moon is said to give us energy to manifest, it can also help give us the energy to give up things we’ve been holding onto – but no longer serve us.
