Why People Love Frappe Style Drinks

Frappe style drinks are where your daily caffeine-free latte recipe meets a milkshake. You get the smooth, creamy texture of a milkshake, but all of your favorite ingredients of a latte. We created this recipe to be a base recipe—one you can build on with whatever add-ins, milk alternatives, or sweeteners you prefer. A little whipped cream on top or a sprinkle of cacao shavings? Yes, please.

How to Make a Frozen Dandy Blend Latte

This recipe requires just a few ingredients and a high-speed blender. Gather what you would normally need for an iced latte. Dandy Blend, milk, ice (extra ice), and any sweeteners or add-ins. Add them all to your blender and blend until your ice chunks are just right. It helps if you pulse the blender, rather than let it run on one setting for the entire time. This will help you get that true frozen drink texture. We recommend making your Dandy Blend a bit stronger than usual, so that the rich, roasted flavor really stands out. The ice will give it a nice frappe finish, and won’t water it down. Top with any other fixings you’d like or enjoy as is.
