High Protein Berries & Dandy Blend Yogurt Bowl Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or 1 single serve container)
  • 1-2 tsp Dandy Blend, to taste
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1 cup mixed berries of choice (freshly washed or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp hearts
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon, honey, cacao nibs, or coconut flakes

Directions:
