Granola as the Perfect Topper
Homemade granola adds texture, subtle sweetness, and that perfect balance to yogurt, fruit, smoothie bowls, or even ice cream. Plus, when you sprinkle a bit of Dandy Blend right into your granola mix, you get deep, roasted, slightly nutty notes that mimic the best parts of coffee, minus the caffeine. It’s familiar, bold, and deeply satisfying. This homemade granola is one of those easy recipes that are so versatile and downright delightful, you’ll be looking for any excuse to add it to your meals.
How to Make Easy Homemade Granola with Dandy Blend
Making this homemade granola is as simple as it is satisfying. You’ll start by combining your dry ingredients—like rolled oats, nuts, and seeds—before mixing them with a blend of melted coconut oil (or olive oil), nut butter, a natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup, a generous dash of cinnamon, and a dose (as much as you’d like) of Dandy Blend. Once everything is evenly coated, spread the mixture on a baking sheet and toast it low and slow in the oven. As it bakes, your kitchen will fill with the comforting scent of cinnamon and toasted grains. After it cools completely, you get the satisfaction of breaking it apart into clusters big or small. This granola may be categorized under easy recipes, but we promise it’s going to become a staple in your home with how many different ways you can spice it up. Because nothing beats a crunchy, golden batch of granola perfect for topping yogurt, sprinkling over smoothie bowls, or enjoying straight from the jar.
