For National Dessert Day we whipped up these chocolate covered dates with Dandy Blend. They’re bursting with the perfect amount of sweetness, richness, and a little salty ending.
Recipe on our blog and below!
Ingredients:
5 Medjool dates, pitted
½ cup dark chocolate chips
½ teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon Dandy Blend
Flaky sea salt
Directions:
Open up each date lengthwise and remove the pits.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
Stir the Dandy Blend into the melted chocolate until well combined.
Dip each date into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
Place the chocolate-covered dates on a parchment-lined tray and top with flakey sea salt.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened. Enjoy.
